In the case of inclement weather, DDC follows the Gadsden City School System in cancellation of scheduled classes. The DDC does not cancel for any early dismissal, holidays not listed below, or inservice days.

January 23 & 24 – Tentative-DDC travels to Alabama Dance Festival
February 7th - 10th – Final Costume Payment/Upper School Spring Payment
March 28th-April 1st- Spring Break
April 11th - 14th Picture Week
April 21st – Ticket Sales for Annual Production
April 25th-28th - Parent Preview Week
May 2nd - 5th - Registration for current students 2019-2020
May 5th – Open house & Registration for new students

September 21st- Auditions for Community Cast of DDC’s Nutcracker (Open to DDC dancers Grade 1 - Grade 5)
November 18th , 19th, and 20th – DDC’s NUTCRACKER PRINCESS
November 21st -25th Thanksgiving Holiday (No classes)
December 5th - 8th Winter Tea Party Parent Preview
December 9th -January 17th Winter Break (No Classes)
January 16th – Martin Luther King Jr. Day - No classes
